PORT ALLEN, La. (BRPROUD) – Deputies with the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal were called to the scene a reported mobile home fire early Wednesday morning.
“Around 1:45 a.m., West Baton Rouge Fire District #1 responded to a fire call in the 6500 block of Cactus Ln,” according to the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal.
The fire would prove to be deadly as firefighters found a man dead inside of the mobile home.
