Co-defendant named in illegal drug case involving a Dothan activist

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WDHN) — A defendant has been named in an illegal drug sale case that involves Dothan pastor and activist Kenneth Glasgow.

Willie Frank Peterson has been named as the co-defendant in the case.

Glasgow was indicted on charges that he conspired to distribute and possessed with the intent to distribute a detectable amount of cocaine hydrochloride and a substance with cocaine present.

Peterson has been arrested, was appointed a counsel, and has since pleaded not guilty.

According to attorneys, Peterson was arrested last week.

Both Glasgow and Peterson are accused of distributing cocaine.

This case is set for trial in December.
