UPDATE: Crystal Carter has been found safe, according to the Kingsport Police Department.

The Kingsport Police Department is asking for your help with finding a woman who was reported missing on May 13.
Crystal Carter, 45, is missing. She is white, 5-foot-6, and weighs 135 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
