Bell, Chyna Rasha Nelore B/F DOB: 10/30/1999 of Normal IL was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Possession of a Controlled Substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana

-Operated Motor Vehicle in a careless manner

-Resisting/Interfering with arrest

-Unlawful Possession of drug paraphernalia
