Dripping Springs Distilling celebrates new venue

The Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce celebrated the opening of Dripping Springs Distilling’s Tasting Bar and Event Hall with a ribbon cutting last week.

Dripping Springs Distilling was the first distillery in the Hill Country and has gone on to produce award-winning, small-batch vodkas, gins and bourbons. In August of 2021, the business expanded to include Distillers Bar, offering tours and tastings, and Distillers Hall, for weddings and special events.

“We’ve been here since 2005, and it’s always been so much more than a place where we can carry out our craft,” said Kristi Quick, venue operations manager. “Our company bears the name of this town because, simply put, it’s our home.”

Quick said the business was proud to be a part of the local community and hoped their new venue would become an integral extension of the town itself.

“We’ll be there for every step of your own personal journeys, from weddings to casual Saturday outings and everything in between,” she continued.
