A motorcyclist was hospitalized in critical condition after a three-vehicle accident Tuesday in Millville.

A 35-year-old Millville woman driving a Jeep was trying to make a left from North 5th Street to head west on East Broad Street shortly before 5 p.m. when she collided with a 24-year-old Vineland man riding a motorcycle eastbound on Broad, according to Millville Police.

The Jeep then struck another Jeep driven by a 47-year-old Millville woman.

The motorcyclist was thrown from his bike and airlifted to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where he was listed in critical condition as of Wednesday morning, police said.

The other two drivers were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

No charges have been announced, but the accident remains under investigation, police said.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact Millville Police at 856-825-7010.
