CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Numerous showers have moved into northeast Ohio, and we’ll have to contend with these through the evening.

Make sure that you have an umbrella, a rain jacket, or a combination of the two this evening.

With clouds and rain in the area, temperatures will be warmer than average.

We’ll be in the 60s most of the evening.

The rain will be long gone in time for the morning commute, but clouds will linger through mid-morning Thursday.

Skies will gradually clear later Thursday morning, making for a beautiful afternoon.

Temperatures will rise into the upper 70s and lower 80s on Thursday.

After tomorrow, our big weather story will be the heat.

The 19 First Alert Weather Team is forecasting highs in the low 90s Friday and Saturday.

We may see record high temperatures at many reporting stations on Friday and Saturday.

It will also be quite breezy and humid each day.

A front will move in late in the day Saturday, and this feature will bring scattered showers and storms to our area by mid-to-late afternoon Saturday.

Occasional showers will linger into Sunday.

Sunday will also be sharply cooler with highs only in the low 60s.
