LINCOLN, DE – The Delaware State Police are on the hunt for a fugitive wanted on a felony criminal warrant. Police are seeking the public’s assistance with locating 46-year-old Elmis Salguero- Sarceno of Lincoln. Elmis currently has an active felony criminal warrant from an incident that occurred on May 16. Police did not disclose the nature of the crime.
Elmis is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’05” tall, weighing approximately 186 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His current whereabouts are unknown, and it is unknown if he is operating a vehicle.
“Attempts to locate Elmis have been unsuccessful,” the DSP said.
Troopers are asking anyone who has information regarding his whereabouts to contact Corporal R. Nowakowski of Delaware State Police Troop 7 at 302-644-5020.
