The Show with Joel Sherman and Jon Heyman

  • NO-HITTERS: The guys open the show talking about the rare Reds no-hitter in a game they lost 1-0 to the Pirates. They look back to 1990, covering Andy Hawkins’ no-hitter for the Yankees in a losing effort.
  • YANKEES: This is one of the best starts in the history of the franchise. Can the Yankees keep this up? AL East is not as good as we thought. Nestor Cortes is pitching like a Cy Young candidate.
  • METS: Do you believe in the Mets? Are they as good as the Yankees? Bullpen is the big question mark. They need Jacob deGrom back, need a bullpen arm and can use another bat. Could they make a trade for J.D. Martinez?
  • REAL DEAL – ANGELS: Both guys are buying into the Angels’ hot start. They have some great young pieces in the lineup. They made key additions to the bullpen. This team is a fun watch, led by Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani.
  • FOOL’S GOLD – RED SOX/AROLDIS CHAPMAN: Will the Red Sox become sellers in July? Does this team have a shot to get one of final playoff spots? Should the Yankees be concerned with Aroldis Chapman?
  • REDS ON THE BLOCK/CONFORTO/JUDGE: What’s in Joel and Jon’s notebook? They talk about Reds pitchers that will be on the trading block. They discuss the Michael Conforto situation. Will he sign and play with a team this season? Aaron Judge is an MVP candidate. What would his contract look like after this season?
