A man from Tiffin was arrested Monday after the discovery of drug-related materials in his home.
According to a press release from the Seneca County Drug Task Force METRICH Enforcement Unit, law enforcement from the Tiffin Police Department, Seneca County Sheriff's Office and Ohio Attorney Genera's Office Bureau of Criminal Investigation executed a search warrant on the 200 block of Second Avenue.
In the house they found a firearm, U.S. currency, criminal tools, suspected methamphetamine, suspected fentanyl, RX pills, suspected psilocybin mushrooms, suspected crack cocaine, suspected cocaine, and other drug trafficking items.
The home's occupant, 31-year-old John Martin Fonseca-Beck, was apprehended and charged with possession of methamphetamine in an amount greater than five times bulk and having weapons under disability. Additional charges are pending including possession of criminal tools, trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in schedule II controlled substance.
