The widening of Route 209 in the vicinity of Pleasant Valley High School in Brodheadsville continues. Much of the work is being done at the main entrance of the school with an opening provided to the school parking lot and area businesses. The cost of the project, now in phase 2 of three phases, is $18,630,782. Part of the project involves the construction of a roundabout at the Route 209 and Route 115 intersection.
