JACKSONVILLE, Ill. (WICS/WRSP) —
Jacksonville Police want to talk to the person believed to be responsible for a string of vehicle burglaries.

Morgan, Scott & Cass Crime Stoppers shared a security video from Illinois College early Thursday morning where a burglary is said to have occurred.

In one of the videos, you can see a person trying to open a car in the parking lot.
