HAMLET — United Way of Richmond County has reached their campaign goal of $250,000 for the first time in several years.

Representatives from some of the county’s largest employers including Perdue Farms, Richmond County Schools, Enviva, Richmond Community College, Enviva, Pee Dee Electric, Duke Energy, and FirstHealth of the Carolinas accepted awards.
