OSO, Wash. — You might’ve been woken up by a quake early Tuesday morning if you live in Snohomish or Skagit County.
The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting that a 3.6 magnitude earthquake hit about three miles east of Oso shortly after 1 a.m.
According to USGS and the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network, over 140 households across Western Washington reported feeling the shaking, with the most reports coming from residents in Arlington, Concrete and Sedro Woolley.
Earthquakes between magnitudes of 3.0 and 3.9 are considered minor, according to PNSN, but can still be felt indoors, especially on upper floors of buildings.
There have been no reports of injuries or damage from the shaking.
