Voters in school district across New York State will head to the polls today to decide on district budgets and school board elections. In Chautauqua County, all 18 school districts are holding votes today. Most districts have presented proposed spending plans that fall under the state's tax cap. Districts have been helped by an increase in state aid. In the Dunkirk City School District, there are six candidates running for three seats on the board.
