DSP attempting to locate wanted Lincoln man

LINCOLN, Del. – Delaware State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted Lincoln man.

We’re told 46-year-old Elmis Salguero-Sarceno has an active felony criminal warrant from an incident that happened on Monday. He is 5’5″, approximately 186 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His current whereabouts are unknown, and it is unknown if he is driving a vehicle.
