The St. Clair County Drug Task Force seized multiple drugs, guns and cash during three recent raids.

The DTF recently conducted several investigations into the sales of narcotics in the greater Port Huron area, Sheriff Mat King said in a news release.

At about 8 p.m. May 12, a search warrant was executed in the 5000 block of Griswold Road in Kimball Township. Once inside the home, members of the DTF located and seized methamphetamine and heroin, along with a scale and cash.

A 28-year-old woman was arrested at the home. She faces charges including possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house and being a habitual offender. The Port Huron Police K-9 Unit assisted at the scene of the raid.

At about 11:30 a.m. on May 13, another investigation led to a search warrant being served at the Days Inn on Pine Grove Avenue in Port Huron. Upon entering the room, the DTF found two men that were in possession of loaded handguns. During a search of the room, methamphetamine and heroin were confiscated, along with scales, packaging materials and $23,000 in cash. Additionally, another handgun and two rifles were seized.

A 36-year-old woman living at the hotel was arrested, as were a 19-year-old Marysville man and a 55-year-old Tennessee man. They face charges including possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm. Port Huron police assisted at the scene of the investigation.

Later in the day on May 13, an investigation led to the execution of a search warrant in the 300 block of 16th Street in Port Huron. A search of the residence was conducted and led to the confiscation of methamphetamine, cocaine, packaging materials and digital scales.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at the residence and lodged at the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center. He faces charges including possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house and being a habitual offender.
