FanDuel has released three more early betting lines for 2022 Notre Dame football games, adding to the three that came out earlier in May. The Irish open as underdog in two of those contests.

The three new lines are:

Stanford at Notre Dame (Oct. 15): Notre Dame -18

Clemson at Notre Dame (Nov. 5): Clemson -3

Notre Dame at USC (Nov. 26): USC -2.5

Those are in addition to prior lines for the Irish’s game at Ohio State (Sept. 3), vs. Cal (Sept. 17) and vs. BYU in Las Vegas (Oct. 8). Notre Dame is a 13.5-point underdog against the Buckeyes and a 17.5-point favorite over Cal, and those lines have not changed. It opened as a nine-point favorite over the Cougars, but that has dropped to 7.5 points.

A lot can change in the more than 100 days until opening weekend. Those field-goal odds are ripe for fluctuation. But to start, Notre Dame is an underdog against the three highest-ranked teams in offseason top 25s on its schedule. It will assuredly remain one against Ohio State. On the other side, neither Stanford nor Cal is expected to be too big a treat when each comes to South Bend. Both teams missed a bowl game last year.

Odds have not yet come out for these six Notre Dame’s games: vs. Marshall (Sept. 10), at North Carolina (Sept. 24), vs. UNLV (Oct. 22), at Syracuse (Oct. 29), vs. Navy in Baltimore (Nov. 12) vs. Boston College (Nov. 19).
