Habitat for Humanity plans fundraising for next home

Habitat for Humanity of Logan County will participate in the Route 66 Garage Sale on the weekend of June 10-11 with the HFHLC Warehouse being open extended hours from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

A $5 per box special will be offered besides all other items in the warehouse that will be available. HFHLC will be selling raffle tickets for a drawing for a $50 IGA gift card. 

Habitat for Humanity will be selling raffle tickets with proceeds going to support the next build.

Tickets are $1 each or 6 chances for $5.  Besides being available at the Route 66 Garage Sale, raffle tickets are available from board members (Bob Chamberlain, Doug Graff, Dean Leesman, Carrie Osborn, Tonita Reifsteck, Jane Ryan, Laura Sandrolini, Cathy Tiffany, Laura Tomlinson, Jamie Voyles and other supporters.

Chances can also be bought at the HFHLC Warehouse, 919 Woodlawn Rd. on days the warehouse is open: Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. or Saturday’s from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The drawing will be held during the monthly board meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday,  July 5, 2022. All proceeds go into the fund for building the next Habitat Homes in Logan County.
