The 43-year-old, along with his model wife Behati Prinsloo, 33, cracked the third-priciest deal in Southern California, according to the Los Angeles Times. This sprawling park-like estate once was home to Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, who sold it for a cool $31.95 million in 2018 to the ‘Girls like you’ singer. Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo put the home on the market less than two months ago for $57.5 million. They eventually made a $19 million profit despite the 11% discount. Cybertruck lead designer Franz von Holzhausen and his wife bought the splendid estate in a $51 million deal. Holzhausen is Elon Musk’s associate who has been Tesla’s chief of design since 2008.
