Kentucky man charged with battery of pregnant woman arrested

MILTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – Two men and a woman were arrested as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.

Officers received a tip about a man wanted in Jefferson County for alleged battery resulting in the injury to a pregnant woman.

According to a statement from the City of Madison Police Department, the tip showed Robert A. Rowlett, 34, was staying in the 9000 block of U.S. 421 in Milton.

On May 10, authorities acted on the tip and located Rowlett and two other wanted individuals, 32-year-old Megan J. Montgomery of Indiana, and 24-year-old Robert L. O’Neal of Simpsonville.

O’Neal’s warrant was from Kentucky for fraudulent use of a credit card and tampering with physical evidence.

Montgomery had a warrant out of Jefferson County, Indiana, for possession of a legend drug, and possession of marijuana.

According to the department, drug paraphernalia was in plain view and they secured a search warrant for the home. They were able to locate around 2 ounces of meth, and other narcotics.
