Samantha Fullam, of York County, is on the trail of her stolen Audi Q5 and some precious cargo, her dog, Wilder.

Late in the afternoon on May 14, Fullam said she stopped for a quick errand at the Prince Street Cafe in York where she left her 5-year-old Border Collie and Australian Shepherd mix in the car. She told the York Daily Record she thought she saw a car leaving her parking spot, and when she left the cafe, she learned her suspicions were correct - the car was gone.

Now Fullam is on the hunt for the car and dog, and is offering a $1,000 reward for the return of Wilder.

So far, she has some leads. According to an updated Facebook post, Fullam said her car was involved in a hit and run with a parked car early in the afternoon on May 16 in Philadelphia.

“I was able to figure this out myself through social media because people sent me the video and then the owner called me. He has filed a police report,” she wrote.

Fullam added that her car is smashed up and the front windshield cracked, and multiple people reported seeing the car with a dog in it. She also said someone told her they might have seen Wilder at Hunting Park in Philadelphia around 8 p.m.

Earlier in the day, Fullam said her American Express credit card was flagged for fraud charges at two deli/gas stations along Kensington Avenue in Philadelphia.

Wilder is described as fluffy and white and was last seen wearing a chain collar, green harness and rainbow color lead. Fullam said her dog has a chip and she filed a lost report with the SPCA. She also said she filed a police report.

“I don’t care about the car,” Fullam told the York Daily Record. “My sweet, very anxious puppy, (to) not know what’s happening to him, is really, really hard.”

The vehicle is a blue 2018 Audi Q5 with the license plate LRA-2929.

According to The Daily Record, Fullam has been active in the community through clothing and supply drives for those in need and she has worked with local churches and nonprofits to organize large drives where they distribute thousands of items in donations.

If anyone sees Wilder, they are urged to call Fullam at 717-659-6064. Car sightings should be reported to 911.
