With Cleo's romance with Joel Dexter being called off once again recently, the nurse receives an unexpected job offer that would completely change her life.

The soap has already revealed that Cleo will be offered a research project in India, after her boss Misbah Maalik (Harvey Virdi) nominated her for the role several months ago.

Theresa McQueen wants Cleo to realise how pivotal this decision could be for her nursing career, so goes to an unexpected source to encourage her relative to make the right choice.
