Area Class 1A Track Roundup

Cool, wet, windy weather conditions early last week caused some changes to the schedules of the area track programs, leading to a very busy weekend for most of the athletes.
The LPAA/YWKC league meet, originally scheduled for competition in Wray last Wednesday had to be moved back to Saturday, with a change in venue, to Holyoke.
That impacted Bethune, HI-Plains, and Idalia. Two of the three were also part of the Burlington Invitational on Friday, with Stratton joining the fray.
In the Burlington Invitational, McKenna Notter of Stratton broke her own school record in the triple jump, surpassing her previous mark of 32-2.50 by an inch.
