Lancaster County, PA —
The Lancaster County Commissioners on Monday voted to remove the mail-in ballot drop box.

This follows a lawsuit by the ACLU in which the Commissioners were accused of violating the Sunshine Act.
Monday's vote was 2-0 with Commissioner Trescot not voting because he was out of town, officials say.
