Omaha restauranteur Greg Cutchall dies
Greg Cutchall, who built a thriving business feeding Omaha residents from his casual dining and fast food outlets, died Monday according to a news release from Cutchall Management Company.Cutchall held 44 restaurants in five states, including JAMS American Grill, First Watch Daytime Cafe, Paradise Bakery, Mouth of the South, as well as Domino's, the River City Star and other restaurants. His career dates back more than 50-years, starting as a Kentucky Fried Chicken franchisee.In the news release, Cutchall Management Company urged people to do something good for someone today to honor Greg. "Greg was a legend who inspired all those who had the privilege of knowing him. He will always be remembered as larger than life with a passion for connecting people through his restaurants," wrote the company.Cutchall is survived by his wife Molly, children Cory Cutchall, Cydney Martzhal and Chase Cutchall, and five grand children.Services will be held at Forest Lawn Chapel, 7909 Mormon Bridge Road. Viewing is Friday May 20th from 5-7pm. Services will be held Saturday May 21st at 11:00am
