Phoenix Suns fan Lil Wayne took a shot at Luka Doncic over Twitter during the Western Conference Semifinals, and now it looks as if his words have backfired. After the Mavs pulled off the stunning upset of the Suns to advance to the Conference Finals, Mavericks owner Mark Cuban hilariously trolled Lil Wayne on Twitter, quoting Weezy's song “Uproar” while throwing shade at the rapper.

Cuban certainly got the better of this exchange, as he and the Mavericks are set for a date with the Warriors in the Western Conference Finals, while Wayne and Suns will be left wondering how they let this opportunity slip away. Phoenix was heavily favored entering the series but failed to get the job done against the one-man wrecking crew that is Luka Doncic.

Despite the rapper's attempts to rattle Doncic via social media, the Mavs were able to thwart the Suns in the seven-game series. Cuban had saved the receipts from Lil Wayne and used them to fire back a hilarious shot of his own.

Capturing a picture of Lil Wayne courtside as he watched his favorite team get absolutely clobbered by the Mavs was probably a treat in and of itself for Cuban. Now, he's got the last laugh online as well, savagely roasting Lil Wayne on Twitter after the huge upset victory.

Wayne just might want to think twice before coming after a superstar of Doncic's caliber, especially one with an owner who's not afraid to go to bat for his players.
