GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — One person is dead and another has been taken to the hospital following a crash in Goodlettsville.
It happened on Rivergate Parkway around 1 p.m. Monday.
Authorities say the crash involved a van and a semi truck.
The passenger in the van — later identified as an 80-year-old man — has been pronounced dead, while the driver was taken to Skyline Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The semi driver is reportedly okay.
Following the preliminary investigation, authorities say it appears the minivan pulled out in front of the semi, causing the crash.
