You know who else was there on Sunday? Jets quarterback Zach Wilson and wide receiver Braxton Berrios, who had center ice seats for the game and went BANANAS when Artemi Panarin netted the series-winner in OT:

That same atmosphere might be tricky in the next round, given that Berrios is from Raleigh, N.C., and was a toddler when the Hurricanes moved there from Hartford. Same goes for Wilson, who might get some flak for that celebration given he was spotted doing the same at an Islanders playoff game last season.

In Wilson’s defense, they may not even have ice in some parts of Utah, and the closest thing they have to big-time hockey is the Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL, basically the Double-A affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche.

Perhaps we need The Booms to weigh in as a Rangers fan, Islanders extended family member, and former Jets QB?
