UPDATE: Lawrenceburg Police say they've identified the suspect and will review the case with the prosecutor's office.
GREENDALE, Indiana (WKRC) - Police need your help locating a motorcyclist after what they are calling a violent altercation Sunday evening on U.S. 50 and Hollywood Blvd between a nearly 70- year-old man and a motorcyclist.
"It was very disturbing and upsetting for anyone who watched that video, said Greendale Police Corporal Pam Taylor.
Still shots of video footage given to us by Lawrenceburg Police gives the public a better look at the motorcyclist involved in this attack. The biker is said to be in his 40s and is about six-feet tall with a mustache. Police are trying to figure out what led up to the attack.
"If there was anything that happened and subsequently the driver of the black vehicle had an accident down the road," said Taylor.
A few minutes after the attack the driver of the black Mercedes lost consciousness and crashed into a truck driven by a 25-year-old who was not hurt.
There were some people that were following and saw it drift off left of center and make contact with the pickup truck going westbound," said Taylor.
Rescuers took the assaulted driver to the hospital shortly after the crash.
"He was disoriented and confused. The elderly male that was driving the black vehicle was just disoriented and confused," said Taylor.
Police are considering battery charges at this time. The weight of the charge depends on the seriousness of the driver's injuries.
