FARGO, N.D. (AP) – DNA testing has confirmed a body found in a creek near Little Rock is a missing man from Fargo, North Dakota, authorities said.

Jordan Simeon, 25, disappeared March 7 while on his way to New Orleans. His car broke down on Interstate 40 in Arkansas.

His body was found late last month in the creek about 200 yards from the interstate. His vehicle was found with valuables inside the the keys on the roof. Police say Simeon had Huntington’s disease, which causes the progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain.

Authorities have not said whether the death is suspicious. Officials said Simeon talked on the phone with a friend, said he planned to catch a bus in Benton but never boarded.
