Multi-Grammy winner Carrie Underwood coming to JPJ in February

CHARLOTTESVILLE (WINA) – The University of Virginia announces a big concert coming to JPJ in February. 8-time Grammy winner and 3-time Academy of Country Music Entertainer of the Year Carrie Underwood is coming to JPJ February 23. Tickets to the Charlottesville stop of Underwood’s “Denim and Rhinestones” arena tour go on sale Friday at 10am.

She teased the tour Sunday night on her American Idol appearance — a show she won in 2005 — and her special guest will be ACM and CMA award-winning artist Jimmie Allen.
