Taylorsville police ask for public's help to help identify suspect in aggravated robbery

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (KUTV) —
Police are searching for a suspect involved in a Walmart robbery who they said briefly displayed a knife to employees.

Officials said the incident took place on May 11 at 5469 South Redwood Road.
According to Taylorsville police, the suspect allegedly assaulted store employees while attempting to steal items from the store.
Police confirmed the man showed employees a knife during the altercation.
He is identified as a Caucasian or Hispanic man with long brown hair and likely between 5'7" to 5'10".
Authorities also confirmed that the suspect may be driving a 2007 to 2016 Chevrolet Impala with a damaged left tail light.
