Gary Wayne “Jay” Carroll, age 68 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born October 17, 1953 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Tom & Lizzie Carroll.

Visitation will begin Monday, May 16, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Tuesday, May 17, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Donnie Patrick officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
