Tammy Johnson, age 61 of Amburgey, Kentucky, went to be with our Lord on Saturday May 14, 2022, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born on January 12, 1961, in Detroit, Michigan to the late Paul Darrel and Mary Lou Johnson.

Tammy was preceded in passing by her Parents- Paul Darrel and Mary Lou Johnson; Tammy will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Family will receive friends from 6PM-10PM Monday, May 16, 2022, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky.

Funeral Service will be 1PM on Tuesday May 17, 2022, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Kevin Collins officiating. Burial to follow at the Dave Franklin Cemetery In Amburgey, Kentucky
