Motorist Trapped, Airlifted In Jersey Shore Crash (Developing)

A motorist became trapped in a crash on the Jersey Shore, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

The crash occurred at about 2 p.m. on the 3300 block of Route 35 in Hazlet, initial reports said.

A request had been made for a medical helicopter to airlift the crash victim to an area hospital.
