A Bennettsville man was charged with petit larceny after stealing a generator.
On May 12, the Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint about a stolen generator from a residence on Triple J Lane in the Bennettsville area of Marlboro County.
According to Investigator Clay Anderson investigators were able to identify Jason Legrand Jackson, 40 of Bennettsville, as the suspect and did arrest him for petit larceny on May 13.
