Stearns County Service Center Drive-Thru Closed in Waite Park

(KNSI) – The Stearns County Service Center at 3301 County Road 138 in Waite Park is experiencing significant flooding in its parking lot. The building is open to walk-ins and appointments, but the drive-thru option will be closed until the water recedes.

The service center assists residents with renewing their driver’s license, vehicle registration, and license plates, as well as obtaining copies of a host of personal documents, such as birth certificates. Marriage licenses are also applied for at the center.

In a Monday morning Facebook post to the Stearns County MN Government account, photos show barricades in place alerting drivers to the potential danger.
