A Colorado man was arrested after a high speed police chase from Colorado to Oklahoma that exceeded 110 mph.
Cimarron County Sheriff Mike Berguetski said his department was notified about the chase at 4:20 p.m. Sunday.
A Boise City police officer responded to Hwy 287/ EW15 where they saw a vehicle headed south traveling between speeds of 80 to 110 mph.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol then clocked the vehicle "traveling at even higher speeds" as it passed Boise City.
The Cimarron County Sheriff’s Office joined the chase which continued south until the vehicle came to a stop in the area of Hwy 287/EW26.
Ephraim Debisa and his passenger were ordered to get out of the vehicle.
Debisa, 18, of Fort Morgan, Colorado, was charged with reckless driving and endangering others while eluding police officer.
