RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 7 promises to be a battle for the ages. The first-ever all-winners season will pit eight crowned queens against each other and ultimately crown one of them the Queen of All Queens. The Drag Race franchise has given us high stakes competition before, but All Stars 7 feels downright mythological. It’s… The Battle of Mount Rucropolis!

That is exactly the vibe, and this original animated short gets the vibe right. The Battle of Mount Rucropolis — revealed for the first time exclusively by Decider — runs through All Stars 7’s lineup of goddesses, telling tales of their iconic wins while showing off some of their most memorable looks. You’ve never seen Raja, Jinkx Monsoon, Monét X Change, Trinity the Tuck, The Vivienne, Yvie Oddly, Shea Couleé, and Jaida Essence Hall like this before! If you thought the looks were right IRL, just wait until you see them animated. In addition to getting us thoroughly hyped for the All Stars premiere, this short kinda makes the case for a Drag Race animated series. You can check out the entire animated short above.

The Battle of Mount Rucropolis was written by Matt Rogers (@mattrogerstho) and narrated by Matteo Lane (@matteolane). The short comes from animation studio Cartuna (@cartuna), the creators behind SyFy’s Magical Girl Friendship Squad and Facebook Watch’s Human Kind Of

Not only will the winner of All Stars 7 walk away with the title to end all titles, she’ll also have an extra $200,000 in her bank account. This is the biggest cash prize in Drag Race herstory — it’s twice as big as what these queens won the first time around. Or, in Raja’s case, more than twice the amount of their original cash prize. Things were different back in 2011!

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 7 debuts on Paramount+ on Friday, May 20th with a two-episode premiere. New episodes of All Stars 7 will follow every week, premiering on Fridays on Paramount+. Reminder: if you ain’t watching first thing in the morning, go on and mute those hashtags!
