Both are set to be arraigned today in New Bedford District Court.

Miranda was found shot to death in a Chrysler Sebring in the early morning hours near 193 Weld St. just over two weeks ago.

Police were alerted to the incident by a ShotSpotter activation, and arrived to find the victim alone in the car.

Paramedics determined him to be deceased at the scene.

The Bristol D.A.'s office said the arrests came after an extensive investigation by prosecutors along with state and New Bedford police detectives.
