Miyeon knows how her fans helped her to be where she is right now. People who rooted for her since pre-debut recognize her efforts as a trainee before finally debuting in (G)I-DLE.
She continues to receive their support when she became an actress and a soloist. With that, she makes sure to repay them by taking care of them.
Recently, she touched everyone’s hearts after it was revealed that she helped a fan to go through difficulties by sending a heartwarming handwritten letter.

(G)I-DLE Miyeon Helps a Depressed Fan
This month, the K-pop idol earned people’s approval when a fan’s mother shared a story with a popular online community.
According to the unnamed matriarch, her child is going through a lot in life. But everything changed because of Miyeon. The fan started listening to her music to gain strength. Due to the positive effect Miyeon unknowingly brought at first, the mother expressed her gratitude toward the K-pop star for creating brighter days for the child.

In pursuit of making her child happier, she wrote a letter to Miyeon and asked her if she could get an autograph for her kid. The group’s management team leader immediately contracted her and came over to give her a special gift.
"The management team leader gave me her album, photos alongside a handwritten letter. It was a miracle. What can I do to repay her for this? This is just too good to be true,” the mother went on, per SBS News.
She initially posted the story in August, but it was only revealed recently that Miyeon was the K-pop star she was talking about.
Mother of Miyeon’s Fan Thanked K-pop Idol
In a newly edited post, the mother revealed that her child feels so much better. She also said she should have named the idol from the very start.
"I happened to read MIYEON's handwritten letter last night, and felt bad that I didn't tell the world how amazing MIYEON was back then. I know I'm a bit late, but here is the name of the mysterious K-pop star,” she added.
(G)I-DLE’s agency, CUBE Entertainment, recently confirmed that the story is true.
As of press time, Miyeon is busy with her first solo album, MY.
