Nick McWilliams reporting – A Sunday afternoon crash claimed the life of an 18-year-old from Warsaw.

The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle crash on Oxford Township Road 256 around 3:14 p.m.

According to a release, it was determined that 18-year-old Timothy Crosby was attempting to negotiate a curve when he went off the left side of the road.

His vehicle went into a ditch, striking the embankment, overturning in the process.

Crosby sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead on the scene by the Coshocton County Coroner.

Two juvenile passengers were transported to Coshocton Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Assisting on scene was Coshocton County EMS and the West Lafayette Fire Department.
