Homicide unit investigating man's death in road rage case

Omaha police say one man has died after a road rage incident on Sunday, May 15.
The call for an assault came in around 8:30 p.m. that night. According to police, the caller said a man fell to the ground and hit his head near S 32nd and Drexel streets.
Police say Paul Arispe, 57, of Omaha was taken to Nebraska Medicine with CPR in progress.
Police say Arispe died on Tuesday, May 17 due to his injuries.
The case is still being investigated by Omaha Police Department Homicide Unit in partnership with the Douglas County Attorney's Office regarding any possible criminal charges.
Police say no arrests have been made at this time, and there are no outstanding suspects.
