About Incident

Shortly after 6 PM on Saturday, police on patrol on Federal Hill said they were approached by a man who told them that he just had a gun pointed at him.

The man told police he was driving in the 300 block area of Atwells Avenue when he observed a white sedan obstructing traffic.

He said that after waiting for about five minutes that he beeped his horn at the vehicle several times in an attempt to make it move. Finally, the vehicle drove away.
