What’s on the menu this week in the third episode of season 2? Tucci travels to Umbria, a rural and lush region that happens to be the only landlocked region in Italy. While it is beautiful, Umbria can sometimes be overlooked in favor of its more heralded neighbor, Tuscany. The region predates even the Romans and is a carnivores dream as its residents seem to be obsessed with pork. In Umbria, Tucci will go on wild boar hunts, unearth decadent black truffles and more while uncovering the complexities involving the cultural traditions of the region.
