A Vermont man is facing multiple charges after Lebanon police said he broke into their impound lot and hid in a car.A K-9 and members of the drug task force unit helped take Damien Rousseau, 29, from Vershire, Vermont into custody on Thursday. Police said it was their second straight day of encountering Rousseau after he was arrested and released for allegedly possessing heroin the day before. After his second arrest, police said they found methamphetamine, cocaine, firearms and $2,000 in the vehicle.

A Vermont man is facing multiple charges after Lebanon police said he broke into their impound lot and hid in a car.
