How Man Utd could line up with N’Golo Kante and Paulo Dybala as Ten Hag plots summer overhaul with major transfers

ERIK TEN HAG is planning a summer rebuild at Manchester United which could include the arrivals of Paulo Dybala and N'Golo Kante.

Dybala, 28, is out of contract at Juventus in the summer and looks set to leave with Inter Milan keen on his signing.

United could also take advantage of Kante's contract situation - he has a year remaining on his deal and Chelsea could look to cash in rather than risk losing him for nothing, as has happened with Antonio Rudiger.

The Red Devils are believed to be scouring the free agent market in the hope of picking up a bargain.

Christian Eriksen and Franck Kessie have been linked as options to bolster the midfield while right-back Noussair Mazraoui could be plucked from Ajax.

Ten Hag is reportedly plotting a raid of the Dutch champions, eyeing a move for Brazilian winger Antony who has served him well over the last few years.

The Dutchman is also said to be keen on reuniting with Mattijs de Ligt, who could take Harry Maguire's place in the starting line-up if he arrives.

But signing another former Ajax star, Frenkie de Jong, could prove more tricky with Manchester City entering the race to sign the Barcelona star.

That means United could focus their attention on Kante or long-term targets Ruben Neves and Kalvin Phillips to upgrade their midfield.

Dybala could also be heading to Old Trafford after the Argentine's agent landed in London to hold talks with Premier League clubs.

Arsenal, Tottenham and Newcastle are also said to be interested in the attacking midfielder who would reportedly accept a contract worth £130,000 a week.

United may be prepared to offer more than that however and that could give them the upper hand in contract negotiations.
