The Los Angeles Clippers are currently watching the playoffs from the comfort of their own home after they failed to book their spot in the postseason via the play-in tournament. There is little doubt, however, that LA would have had a more extended playoff run if Kawhi Leonard was healthy.

The good news for the Clippers is that the two-time Finals MVP is recovering well from an ACL injury that kept him out for the entire 2021-22 season. A couple of photos of Leonard are making their rounds on social media, and it looks like the 30-year-old has put on quite a bit of muscle (h/t the Clippers on Twitter):

Check out those quads. Kawhi looks more like a soccer player with those muscular thighs, and this was likely brought about by all the rehab he has been going through these past months. Leonard is clearly working hard to get back into shape, so this is definitely something to get hyped about for Clippers fans everywhere.

Leonard and the Clippers were a bit of an afterthought this season. However, once the two-time NBA champ gets back to full strength, this is all going to change. The NBA better be ready for the return of Kawhi Leonard.
