Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale teen Noah Dingle will be charged next week as he continues to face the consequences of stalking Chloe Harris.
Friday night's episode (May 13) saw Noah get hauled away by the police after his mum Charity reported him for his recent crimes.
In next week's episodes, Noah is released pending further investigations. He threatens to take revenge against Chloe, but Charity steps in and explains that she was the one who called the police on him.
After Noah runs off in shock, Charity explains to her boyfriend Mackenzie Boyd that she couldn't let her son get away with his terrible behaviour.

Despite this, Charity also fears that her relationship with Noah is broken beyond repair.
The following day, Noah visits Chloe and tries to say sorry. However, his apology is immediately undermined when he begs Chloe to tell the police that it was all a misunderstanding.
Chloe is shaken to realise that Noah still doesn't see the seriousness of the situation, so she warns him to leave her alone.
Later, Charity tells Noah that his anger towards her and Chloe is preventing him from acknowledging the reality of his own behaviour.

Charity believes that she's finally getting through to Noah, especially when she reassures him that he won't go to prison.
Soon afterwards, Harriet Finch returns to bring Noah back to the police station, where he's charged with harassment and breaking and entering.
The case is then referred to the Crown Court for a trial.
Noah's solicitor warns Charity that there's a strong possibility of him receiving a custodial sentence. It seems that Charity's reassuring words earlier on were wide off the mark.
